Step into the ancient craft of sake brewing with our first-ever Brew Your Own Doburoku (Cloudy Sake) Workshop on Sunday, October 13 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
What You Will Learn
- History: Explore the roots of sake brewing and cultural significance.
- Theory: Understand the science behind sake brewing and the crucial role of Koji .
- Practical: Learn the process of doburoku (cloudy sake) making and create your own batch to take home to ferment. We will also show you what you can do with the sake kasu (sake lee) - in cakes, in vegan "cheese" and so much more.
- Tasting: The workshop will conclude with tasting of Doburoku and dishes made with sake lee.
What You Will Take Home:
- A jar of Doburoku to ferment at home, and 200g dried Koji to try your own fermentation
- Recipes for making Doburoku, and easy recipe ideas for incorporating Sake Kasu (sake lee) into your daily cooking.

**Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, we will refund 50% up until 2 weeks prior to the workshop, 30% up until 8 days prior and no refund from 7 days prior to the workshop (as we need to prepare the ingredients).
